We do not:

• Complete or write assignments, dissertations, or theses on your behalf.
• Sit exams, quizzes, or assessments for you.
• Provide services that violate your university’s rules.

All Services are for educational and learning purposes only.

4. Account Registration

• You may need to create an account to book sessions or access courses.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

5. Booking, Payments, and Pricing

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes.

Cooling-Off Period:

• 48+ hours’ notice → Full refund
• 12–24 hours’ notice → 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours → No refund

Online Courses:

• Refunds allowed within 14 days if less than 20% of content has been accessed.
• After accessing more than 20% of the course, refunds may be restricted.

7. Intellectual Property

• All materials (videos, notes, slides, code, and content) are owned by [Your Business Name].
• You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute content without written permission.

8. User Responsibilities
